Extracurricular and social activities: vaccine passport and health guidelines
Many of you are interested in organizing extracurricular and social activities on campus this fall. We are delighted by this palpable dynamism and the desire to get back to an active student life.
We would like to remind you that these activities must be analyzed beforehand to ensure that they comply with current health regulations. In addition, all participants in these activities must present their vaccination passport.
Visit the Office of Student Life website for full details.
An accessible vaccination center
There is still time to be vaccinated against COVID-19 at the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale vaccination center, located in Alphonse-Desjardins Pavilion. This is an accessible center where it is possible to be vaccinated without an appointment upon presentation of a student card. International students can also come to this center to have their vaccinations recognized and obtain their vaccination passport. See opening hours.
Well-ventilated indoor spaces
The cooler days of fall are just around the corner and will encourage indoor activities. At Université Laval, recognized ventilation standards are respected in all buildings and the ventilation systems are meticulously maintained and monitored.
The cooperation of each and every one of you remains essential to avoid the transmission of the virus, notably by wearing your surgical mask properly, covering your nose, mouth and chin.
We are proud of the fact that there have been no outbreaks of COVID-19 at Université Laval since the beginning of the pandemic, and we thank you for your efforts in this regard.
What to do if you test positive for COVID-19?
Whether you are a member of the student community or a staff member, if you test positive for COVID-19 or if you must remain in isolation, we invite you to report your situation by filling out the appropriate form. While self-reporting is not mandatory, we strongly encourage you to complete the form to help us limit the spread and protect the health and safety of the community.
